1. Definitions & Scope of Agreement

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the bet4cuci website and all services operating under it, including casino games, sports betting, promotions, and customer support.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the bet4cuci platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit, gift, cashback, or promotional reward granted by bet4cuci to a member.

These terms apply to all activities carried out on the bet4cuci platform, including registration, deposits, betting, withdrawals, and use of promotions.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use bet4cuci services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. bet4cuci does not permit any underage individual to use this platform under any circumstances.
• Residing in a region where use of this platform is lawful under applicable local laws.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of a company, organisation, or any third party.
• Not having any other active bet4cuci account or any account previously closed due to fraud.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list issued by a relevant authority.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Every member is required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes full name, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address. False or inaccurate information may result in account closure without notice.

Bet4cuci implements a KYC (Know Your Customer) process that requires members to submit identity verification documents before their first withdrawal is approved. Accepted documents include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Valid passport
• Bank statement or utility bill as proof of address (not older than 3 months)

The verification process is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days. Members are advised to complete KYC early to avoid withdrawal delays. Each member is only permitted one account — duplicate registrations will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

4. Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

The minimum deposit is RM 10 while the minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. The maximum withdrawal limit depends on the member's VIP tier — Silver members may withdraw up to RM 10,000 per day, while Elite members have no daily limit.

All deposits will be credited to the account within seconds of bank confirmation. Withdrawals for regular members are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. VIP members enjoy instant processing for all withdrawal requests.

• Bet4cuci only processes withdrawals to an account held in the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5. Bonus & Promotions

• Bonus Period: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover requirements are not met within that period will expire automatically.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any scripts, bots, or third-party software to automate betting or exploit games.
• Money Laundering: Using the bet4cuci platform as a means to transfer or conceal money derived from illegal activities.
• System Abuse: Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system to obtain unauthorised wins or credits.
• Inappropriate Conduct: Harassing, threatening, or insulting support staff or other players through any of the platform's communication channels.

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, bet4cuci will review server records and restore the account status based on saved data. Claims supported solely by screenshots will not be accepted.

7. Account Security & Privacy

Members are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. bet4cuci recommends the following security measures:

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Do not log in using unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Bet4cuci reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Identity verification failed or false information discovered during the KYC process.
• Duplicate accounts detected for the same individual.
• Any form of fraud, collusion, or system abuse is detected.
• Request by the member to voluntarily close their account.
• No account activity for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive account).

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bet4cuci support team. Any eligible withdrawable balance will be processed before the closure takes effect, subject to the settlement of all active transactions.

9. Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Bet4cuci provides its online platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of information displayed. However, we are committed to ensuring the platform operates with minimal downtime.

• Bet4cuci is not liable for any losses arising from a member's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or disruption by a telecommunications service provider.
• We assume no liability for any financial decisions made by members based on information obtained from the platform.
• In the event of a technical error that generates invalid credits or wins, bet4cuci reserves the right to correct the error without prior notice.

Bet4cuci's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Bet4cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated via:

• In-platform pop-up notification upon login
• Email to the member's registered address
• Update to the Terms and Conditions page with the latest revision date

Continued use of the bet4cuci platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are advised to stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

11. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the relevant laws of the licensed jurisdiction in which bet4cuci operates. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved through the following process:

• Second Level: If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to bet4cuci's internal complaint resolution unit for review by management.
• Third Level: Disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to an independent arbitration body recognised by our regulatory authority.

Members agree not to initiate any legal action against bet4cuci before completing the full dispute resolution process outlined above. Use of this platform constitutes acceptance of the designated jurisdiction.
